I work with youth and adults in-person in Vancouver and Online. I can support you with issues such as: depression, anxiety, trauma, identity, life stress, family conflict, relationships, bi-cultural identity, and more.

I also work with couples who are seeking to improve communication, strengthen their bond, work through life transitions, and navigate various issues that can arise in relationships. I have experience working with BIPOC couples and interracial couples as well!

About Me

 ​As a settler in Canada and a South Asian woman, I understand the struggles of juggling multiple cultural identities and oppressive societal structures. I honor diverse perspectives and experiences and understand how difficult it can be to start with a new counsellor.

I believe that every individual is unique, they are the experts in their own lives, and with this framework, we can work together to move towards your healing and growth. I always ensure my clients have a comfortable space to discuss the most vulnerable parts of themselves. Let's work together to support you to feel better, heal, and grow as an individual!

Uncovering our unconscious drives and bringing them to the consciousness through sand tray, dream work, and art.
