About Me

Hi! I’m so glad you found your way here! I'm not the kind of therapist who just nods and takes notes. I'm the kind who sits with you, fully, presently, and without judgment — as you untangle the parts of your story that feel heavy, confusing, or tender. My work is guided by heart, intuition, and a deep reverence for the complexity of being human.


I bring more than professional training into the therapy room. I bring realness, soul, and a lived
understanding that healing isn’t linear — it’s sacred, messy, brave, and sometimes even life-
changing in the most unexpected ways.


Who am I, beyond the therapy chair? I’m a nature-lover at heart. Oceans ground me, forests reset me, and long hikes remind me what it means to come back home to myself and animals have always been part of my healing, they remind me how to be present, listen deeply, and love unconditionally. I speak multiple languages including English, Spanish, and Punjabi, and I find joy in simple things: deep conversations, stargazing, spontaneous laughter, and a warm cup of something comforting.
My multicultural background allows me to meet people where they are — culturally, emotionally, and spiritually. Whether you’re processing trauma, navigating change, seeking clarity, or just feeling stuck, I offer a space that feels safe, alive, and tailored to you.

Emotion-Focused Therapy

Bringing awareness to our underlying emotions and breaking the cycles that make us feel stuck. Based on attachment science.

Person-Centered

Operates on the humanistic belief that the client is inherently driven toward and has the capacity for growth and self-actualization

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Helps people identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors to improve their mood and functioning

Strengths Based

Focused on identifying and building upon a client's inherent strengths and resources rather than dwelling on weaknesses or deficits.

Inner Child & Parts work

Processes that explore the idea that people have different "parts" or sub-personalities, with the inner child being a specific part that embodies a younger version of oneself, holding onto early life experiences, emotions, and unmet needs
